The population of Jaipur being increased since last so many years & reading about 50 lacs, it was become very difficult for low & medium class families to purchase land on first & final payment at one time & construct house. This burning problem was considered by company & arranged to allot land on installment basis which could be paid easily. During last 10 Years, the company had arranged land of every size of 50 Sq. Yard to 200 Sq. Yards for thousand of members.
We recently completed a big township named Ashiyana is situated about 10 Km. from Jaipur City on Agra Road in village Lakhesra-Bagrana. This township was also for low & Medium Class families on easy monthly installment basis in area of 200 acres. The plots of various sizes of 50 Sq. yard to 250 Sq. yards were made available and allotted to regular members. As per Govt. of Rajasthan instructions. The facilities required for living be provided by township developer & as such bitumen Roads of size 30’ to 60’ ft, pipe line, water service reservoir, tube wells, electric lines, gardens, worship places have been completed.
The possession letters with site plan have been handed over 15 plot holders by company.
