Inaugurated our corporate office, by which time we had a total of 10 projects in the city.
2002
ACL was one of the 3 developers who were selected by the Government of Rajasthan, as part of the Private Township Developers List.
2004
After successfully completing over 20 projects, ACL launched the first Integrated Township on the Jaipur – Agra road. This township received an extraordinary response on launch day.
2006
Mr. Amit Vijayverggiya joined the business and launched a mega township in Dausa, with a land bank of over 300 acres
2009
Launched our own NBFC, to provide loans to ACL owned projects
2010
After successfully completing over 30 townships, ACL entered the multi-storeyed project business, under the able supervision of Mr. Amit Vijayverggiya, Ria Empire at Kumba Marg, Jaipur
2011
ACL entered the industrial division with the launch of a company named Live in Door, for premium wooden doors and windows.
2012
Created history in ACL’s lifespan. A memorable year for us as we launched 11 projects in one year
2013
We entered the Infra Projects business with the Government, at Jodhpur and Bhiwadi
2014
Built new corporate office at C-Scheme, Jaipur
2015
Entered the education field, under the name 'ACL Juniors'
2016
Built the first and only 3-Star property of walled city in Jaipur, named Hotel Vijay Palace
2018
Launched Rajasthan’s biggest villa project, with 1000 villas at Dausa
2019
Launched Love Home, a premium affordable housing company, with its first project in Jodhpur
2020
Entered the food industry with certified organic snacks - the world’s first of its kind company, with a fully automated plant.
